Dr. Roungkaw ( Nutthamanee Siripakkaphant), M.D. (License No. 35780), is recognized as an ophthalmologist specializing in double eyelid surgery. She developed the “Roungkaw Technique” for eyelid surgery in 2010. She is the co-founder of Lovely Eye & Skin Clinic, established in 2014, and has been overseeing the standards of the Lovely Specialist and Lovely Skin medical team at the clinic.

About Us

Lovely Eye & Skin Clinic

is a specialized eyelid surgery clinic focusing exclusively on eye-related procedures. Established in 2010, the clinic began by accumulating extensive experience in eyelid surgery and developing Dr. Roungkaw’s techniques. It officially opened in 2014 and continues to operate to this day. We have a medical team called “Lovely Specialist”, who adhere to Dr. Roungkaw’s high standards and have been directly trained by her in every step of the surgical process.

2014

Established aesthetic business under the name “Lovely Eye Clinic”, primarily offering blepharoplasty using the surgical techniques of epicanthoplasty and extensional lateral canthoplasty, which Dr.Roungkaw studied from Korea.

2015

Expanded into skin aesthetic services to provide comprehensive care and rebranded as “Lovely Eye & Skin Clinic.” to reflect a broader range of services.

2016

We introduced the medical team of double eyelid surgeons who underwent an intense training of Dr. Roungkaw’s techniques, along with the “Lovely Skin” medical ream. We also launched Lovely Eye Reborn program, a technology designed to tighten skin around the eyes. We were among the very first clinics to adopt this technology.

2020

Established Lovely Surgical Instrument Sterile Unit equipped with steam sterilizer for medical instruments and equipment (AUTOCLAVE certified by ISO 13485:2016), ensuring the highest safety standard.

2024

Dr. Roungkaw has developed a new technique called “Lovely No Stitch Levator” which is unique and allows the patient to remove the sutures at home five days after the procedure. This technique also includes Ptosis surgery.
